The programs of the different Study
Groups will offer participants the opportunity to hear directly
from those who work in the infant-toddler centers and preschools
and are part of the community of Reggio Emilia.
The different Study Groups will have several possibilities for
deeper understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach. A combination
of visit to schools, presentations, meetings, exchanges of experiences
will
give visibility to the values of the philosophy.
Specific opportunities will be offered to the different study
groups:
- Leadership Study Group: the participants will also have open
possibilities to have exchanges with local administrators and
politicians, city council members, etc
- Students and Professors Study Group: the participants will
also have open possibilities to have exchanges with the local
University and schools and to have small group discussions
- Atelierista Study Group: the participants will also have open
possibilities to have exchanges of experiences among colleagues,
meetings with Reggio atelieristas, workshops, etc |

Study Group - Atelieristas/studio
teachers with a background in visual art or music or dance
or theater or design
- Art teachers
- Children’s/Science Museums and Exploratorium staff
Maximum 50 participants
The program will begin on Wednesday, February 22nd in the afternoon
and will end on Saturday, February 25th.
