This is a new project dedicated to food; an Atelier of Tastes for trying out new learning journeys, a special space and a motor for the local economy. It will promote a cultural idea of food in line with the educational philosophy developed in Reggio Emilia’s early childhood centres, highlighting the value of local food products and adding quality to the hospitality which is offered to teachers, educators, researchers, families and citizens from Reggio Emilia and from countries around the world who visit the city and the International Centre.
